Return policy

Please check your order in front of the delivery person. If you received the wrong item, a damaged or faulty item, or the wrong size or colour, tell us by phone or WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery.

To return an item:
- It must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags.
- Send us your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
- Food, cosmetics, innerwear and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are wrong or faulty.

If the return is our mistake (wrong or faulty item), we pay the delivery charge. For other returns, the customer pays the delivery charge.
